First is a collection of resources, services and technologies designed to help you make a smooth and successful transition to university learning. I can speak from experience the First resources are really helpful. The time management resources have taught me how to use my time wisely and limit procrastination. Supported Learning Groups have really helped me to stay on top of course materials. I have used many of the other resources and always had great success with them!
